What ceiling types does this work with?
The Foil 3D Cloud Baffle works with two ceiling types. ACT hardware clips directly into standard 15/16 inch drop ceiling grids — no drilling required. Flat ceiling hardware comes with anchors and drywall screws for solid ceilings. Both options include 6ft cables, with 12ft cables available.
ACT vs Flat hardware — which do I need?
If your ceiling has a drop grid — the kind with removable tiles — choose ACT. It clips in without any tools in minutes. If your ceiling is solid drywall or plaster, choose Flat. It anchors with included screws. Not sure? Look up — if you can push a ceiling tile up with your hand, you have a drop ceiling.
How long does shipping take?
Foil 3D Cloud Baffles are cut to order and typically ship within 6–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days.
What is your return policy?
Because each baffle is custom cut to your selected color, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We recommend ordering a sample kit before committing to a full order if you are unsure about color.
